PATHWAY 01

Presidential Pardon

The fullest form of executive forgiveness — restoring citizenship rights and permanently clearing a federal record. We build pardon petitions that document genuine transformation, community contribution, and the case for complete restoration, and we help families navigate the Office of the Pardon Attorney process from filing through decision.

PATHWAY 02

Presidential Commutation

A commutation shortens a sentence without erasing the conviction — often the difference between decades and a homecoming. We develop petitions centered on rehabilitation, disparity between sentence and conduct, and extraordinary merit, presented the way decision-makers actually evaluate them.

PATHWAY 03

Compassionate Release

Under the First Step Act, courts can reduce sentences for extraordinary and compelling reasons — severe illness, advanced age, or urgent family circumstances. Our co-founder came home this exact way from a 213-year sentence. We know what a compelling motion looks like because we lived one.

PATHWAY 04

Maximum FSA Credits

The First Step Act lets eligible individuals earn time credits toward earlier release — but credits are routinely miscalculated, unclaimed, or misapplied. We audit program participation, ensure every eligible credit is earned and applied, and push for corrections when the math is wrong.

PATHWAY 05

Early RRC Placement

Residential Reentry Center placement is discretionary — and earlier, longer placements dramatically improve reentry outcomes. We advocate for maximum halfway-house time under the Second Chance Act and FSA, preparing the record case managers need to say yes.

PATHWAY 06

Home Confinement

Completing a sentence at home means family, work, and rebuilding — not a cell. We pursue home-confinement eligibility and placement so the transition home starts as early as the law allows.

Beyond release: we also connect clients and families to wraparound reentry support — housing, workforce development, and mental-health resources — through our nonprofit affiliate, Legacy Impact Foundation.
How It Works

A disciplined process, start to finish.

STEP 1

Consultation

A free initial conversation. We listen to the full story — the case, the conduct record, the family circumstances — and tell you honestly whether and how we can help.

STEP 2

Case Assessment

A thorough review of sentencing documents, program records, and eligibility across all six pathways. You receive a clear assessment of which pathways fit and in what order to pursue them.

STEP 3

Strategy & Preparation

We build the case: petitions, motions support, program plans, release plans, and the documented record of transformation that decision-makers need to see.

STEP 4

Advocacy Through Decision

We stay engaged through filing, follow-up, and decision — coordinating with counsel where legal representation is required, and keeping your family informed at every step.

Which pathway fits your loved one's case?

Find out in one conversation. No pressure, no obligation — just an honest assessment.
